1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the jwin44 platform, available at jwin44.best, and all Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, and online entertainment services offered through the platform to players residing in Brazil.

Jwin44 operates as a betting and digital entertainment platform, exclusively for users aged 18 and over. The platform operates in accordance with the guidelines applicable to the online entertainment market in Brazil, including the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD) and the consumer protection rules set out in the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of jwin44, the user expressly confirms that:

• Has read and agrees to all terms and conditions described herein;

2 Registration and Eligibility

To create a jwin44 account, users must provide the following accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration:

• Valid CPF active with the Federal Revenue Service;

• Mobile number with a Brazilian area code.

Jwin44 applies a limit of one account per user. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, email address, phone number, or IP address is not permitted. Duplicate accounts will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any pending bonus balance.

Jwin44 may request identity verification at any time, including a copy of a photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of residence issued within the last 90 days. Verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 for the first time.

3 Account Management

Users are solely responsible for keeping their jwin44 account credentials — login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — secure. Sharing credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify jwin44 support immediately via the live chat on the platform or by emailing contato@jwin44.best. jwin44 is not liable for losses incurred before notification of account compromise.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period exceeding 180 calendar days — with no deposits, bets, or logins on record — will be considered inactive. jwin44 may, after prior notice by email with 30 days' advance notice, deduct a monthly administrative fee of R$ 10.00 from the available balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days of the closure request, provided the account has been verified.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Jwin44 accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) through the following payment methods:

• Pix — any bank with an active Pix key (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and others);
• Boleto bancário — with settlement within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing via digital wallet.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20,00 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit established in the general terms; however, jwin44 may apply individual limits based on identity verification and anti-money laundering criteria.

Pix deposits are credited to the account within seconds of confirmation by the banking system. Bank slip deposits are credited after bank clearance, generally within 1 business day. Credit or debit card deposits are processed immediately upon issuer approval.

5 Withdrawals & Pix Processing

Jwin44 processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys held in the name of the registered user. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00;
• Only real balance (not bonus balance with a pending rollover) can be withdrawn;
• User identity must be verified for withdrawals above R$ 500.00;
• Withdrawals must be requested to the same account or payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes after approval, available seven days a week, including weekends and national holidays. jwin44 may extend this timeframe for additional security verification, but will not exceed 24 hours.

Jwin44 does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals. For TED withdrawals to accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions, processing takes up to 1 business day and a fee may be charged by the user's own bank.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover

All promotions and bonuses offered by jwin44 are subject to offer-specific terms, which must include: bonus amount, bonus percentage or number of spins, rollover requirement (wagering multiplier), validity period, and eligible games for meeting the rollover.

The welcome bonus granted on the first deposit is subject to a rollover of 3x the bonus amount received. For rollover calculation purposes, eligible bets include sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 and bets on slots and crash games with a declared RTP of 96% or higher. Bets on certain Live Casino games with a house edge below 1% may carry a reduced weight of 10% in the rollover calculation.

The weekly free spins carry a rollover of 1x applied to the total winnings from the spins. Free spins expire 7 calendar days after being credited, which occurs every Monday at 10 a.m. for active users.

General bonus rules at jwin44:

• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate and displayed distinctly in the account;
• Bonuses not redeemed within the validity period are automatically cancelled;
• Jwin44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or use in violation of these terms.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on jwin44 covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and major international leagues), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform.

General Sports Betting rules:

• Bets are only valid for events listed on the platform at the time of placement;
• Live (in-play) bets are processed at the odds in effect at the time the system confirms the bet, not at the time the user placed it;
• If an event is abandoned or permanently suspended before a result is determined, all related bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the balance;
• Parlay bets (accumulators) require all events to be independent of one another;
• Jwin44 does not accept bets that constitute guaranteed arbitrage or exploitation of obvious odds errors.

In situations where the outcome is uncertain or disputed — for example, VAR decisions, club protests, or result changes made by sporting bodies after the match concludes — jwin44 will follow the official result published by the event's organizing body within 48 hours of its conclusion. After that deadline, the result recorded at the time of the event broadcast is considered final for settlement purposes.

8 Live Casino, Slots, and Poker

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to withdraw deposited funds without corresponding betting activity (money laundering through the platform);

If there is reasonable suspicion of any of the above conduct, jwin44 may preventively suspend the account, withhold the balance, and request supporting documentation. Relevant Brazilian authorities may be notified as required by law.

10 Responsible Gambling

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
